Japanese thin wheat noodle called "Soumen" was coupled with yam grilled pork rice bowl. Precisely speaking, this rice bowl is called "Makanai Don(buri)", originally made for the staff in the kitchen. But the quality and the taste is superb.
This noodle was topped with fermented soy-beans called "Natto" in Japanese and sliced cucumber. This cold noodle soup is the best choice in hot summer, particularly.
The grilled pork and the half boiled egg makes the best combination. I posted this restaurant before but it may be difficult to find this restaurant along the route 12 in Iwamizawa City.
