To the world where we are living !

We felt it took much longer to come down to the place we were staying than go up to the peak of Mt. Mauna Kea. It would take a little bit more to go through the sea of clouds and reach the coast of the Big Island. 

Soon we reached the place where we had adjusted our body to the higher altitude and watched the zodiac sign in the dark sky, having a few cup of coffee.

We could get the perspectives of the mountain and the island, keeping the track of ourselves on the hillside of the mountain.

 

Jacuzzi for the Omnipotent !

We got down to the altitude of 3,800 meters from 4,205 meters but the sea of clouds were far below like the real ocean.

Very mild skyline of Mt. Mauna Loa could be seen from the hillside of Mt. Mauna Kea. The blue color of the sky over the mountains were something special for us on that day.

The sea of clouds were like the surface of jacuzzi bath with infinity size from the view point of the omnipotent.

The scenery is like that of the surface of Mars, isn't it ? Over the altitude of forest limit, the effect of the eruption of the volcano may clear. 

Hotness, coldness, rainfall and wind blow seemed to have more power to carve the rocks and earth.  

I am not sure what kinds of response I would get from the Hokkaido Delegation members if I could take them there but I am sure how they would be inspired at the top of the mountain.  

 

Forest Limit !

As we went up to the peak of Mt. Mauna Kea before sunrise, we could not realize what kind of scenery we went through on our way to the summit.  

When we went down the mountain, we could recognize how the surface of the hillside were foor the first time.

It was like the surface of the other planet because the altitude was higher than the forest limit.

 

Heading to the coast from the peak of Mt. Mauna Kea !

After getting ample inspiration in the sacred area of the indigenous people of Hawaii, the peak of m. Mauna Kea, we got down to the lower area of the Big Island.

The State of Hawaii and Hokkaido will celebrate the Fifth Anniversary of the Sister-state Affiliation in 2022. I would like to take the delegation of Hokkaido to the peak of Mt. Mauna Kea if possible.

In such case, we will have to pay ample respect to the myth and the history, the culture and the original language of the indigenous people of Hawaii as well as other citizens of the state. 

 

Staying on the peak of Mt.Mauna Kea !

Fortunately, we did not feel head ache as a symptom of altitude sickness even at the altitude of 4,207 meters. The point was the adjustment on the hillside of the mountain.  

All the participants of the tour sipped a few cups of coffee near the last restroom on our way to the peak of the mountain. 

Going up to the peak without such adjustment might have brought them all bad feelings or head ache. In order to appreciate this marvelous landscape from the sacred area, we have to go through the appropriate procedure like a ritual.

We really enjoyed the precious and fabulous scenery from the peak of Mt. Mauna Kea early in the morning on that day.

We learned a lot about the national astronomical observatories of some countries including Japan.

But we learned the most from the scenery from the peak of the mountain. Presicely speaking, from the perspectives obtained from the peak.

 

Walking around the peak of Mt. Mauna Kea !

After the sunrise, the participants to the tour started to walk around the peak and the astronomical observatories. 

The white hillside covered with snow reflected the sunlight and turned to orange. Other part of the mountain looked so dark in the shade of the ridgeline.

It must be exchanges between the staff of the astronomical observatories but drinking alcohol must be prohibited on the peak.

 

It was a Beautiful Day !

There are some so-called "power spot" on this globe. I heard that the spot gave the power to so limited people selected by the place.

Not selected people are only taken his or her living power a little bit. There is a famous power spot on the premises of Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows. 

But this place and the scenery absolutely give kind of power to the people equally on the spot, I think. I will post another power spot on this island later.

 

We will rise again like this rising sun !

It was the moment of sunrise when all the members of the participants to the tour shared the same scene of priceless beauty and the felt the power of the omnipotent. 

I don't like to see the sacred place swamped by many tourists but speaking of the sunset tour, more tour companies are allowed to arrange the tour and enter this sacred area.  

We have to keep the value and the holy power God gave us to hand down this beautiful world to the next generations.
