It was getting brighter and the world of monochrome was getting the color and vigor. I felt that we were energized on the peak of Mt. Mauna Kea, the highest mountain in Hawaii.
It was a pity that I could not take the delegation from Hokkaido to this place after the sister-sate affiliation was established in Honolulu.
It was possible to reach there after the official events of the Japan-Hawaii Economic Summit 2017 but the start time of the tour was at three o'clock early in the morning. It was too tough for the delegation member to get up so early after binge drinking.
