Steakhouse Maruyama in Sapporo 2 !

I chose 150 g Furano fillet beef done with medium-rare. Sauteed garlic accompanied with this tasteful fillet. These dices of top-quality beef melted on my tongue left a plenty of happiness behind.   
Two kinds of sauces played up the superiority of the quality beef from Okoppe Town. Garlic chips gave kind of a twist to the fillet.   
Like other hot plate steakhouse, fried garlic rice followed and ice cream with ice coffee wrapped up the lunch.
