It may have been five or six years since we had a meal in this restaurant "Steakhouse Maruyama" in Sapporo City. It is one of our favorite steakhouses in Sapporo City. Vichyssoise and green salad composed the starter of the lunch we had on that day.
The grilling hot plate counter of the restaurant has such scenery from the guest0side. The restaurant is located at the foot of Mt. Maruyama.
Grilled asparagus and some piece of aubergine followed the starter. The quality fillet of beef produced in Okoppe Town in the eastern part of Hokkaido showed us its beautiful red color before it was cut and grilled.
