A flame from the top of the onion-ring tower is a kind of flambe with brandy and the motif is the eruption of Mt. Usu that occurred decades ago. The steak sauce was boiled inside a onion ring and the motif is the hot spring spa in "Jigokudani" in Noboribetsu City.
As you may know, "Jigoku" means "hell" in Japanese. The topping cheese cracker was also made on this grilling hot plate. It was crisp and so tasteful.
This is the Furano sirloin beefsteak that melted on my tongue. Mustard, grilled yam and zucchini accompanied with the art of the top quality beef.
The cost performance was excellent in Kern. Speaking of the taste of season, please do not forget fresh sea urchin in June. We make a point of savor the cold spaghetti topped with sea urchin from the offshore of Shakotan Peninsula in June, July and August every year. "Mia Angela" is the name of the Italian restaurant where we enjoy this seasonal dish.
