This is the dinner in the hotel we stayed during our business jaunt to Rishiri Fuji Town. The name was Green Wind 群林風.
I recognized I ate up all the dishes albeit I thought it was impossible to do that beforehand. The culinary delicacies sourced locally include boiled snapper called "Kabutoni" and beef stew.
