It seemed that the members of the Boy and Girl Scouts in Japanese-Brazilian community in Brazil played a important role to raise the youths so nicely. Actually they did a lot to receive the Hokkaido Delegation in Sao Paulo and conduct the Hokkaido Festival in 2019.
One of the powerful members of the Hokkaido Legislative Assembly Mr. Ryuji Kasai reinforced the friendship with the members of the Boy and Girl Scouts in Sao Paulo at the party.
I've already left the International Affairs Division in Hokkaido Prefectural Government but I've been convinced of the necessity to support the relationship between Hokkaido and Brazil.
