Educational Delegation from Hawaii arrived !

Our friends from Hawaii made an official visit to Hokkaido in last January. As I posted before, the educational delegation of Hokkaido visited Hawaii before Christmas in last December. Hawaiian Delegation headed by the Educational Superintendent Dr. Christina KISHIMOTO visited Hokkaido. 

The staff members of Hokkaido Board of Education and I picked up the Hawaiian Delegation at New Chitose International Airport and took them to the hotel tey would stay and raised glass in the Japanese bistro on the basement floor of the hotel.
 The next morning, they visited sky jump hill Mt. Ohkura in Sapporo City. In the exchanges of the high school students between Hokkaido and Hawaii in the future, the place would be one of the biggest draw and growing in popularity.

We took the lift to go to the starting point of ski jump of Mt. Ohkura. It must have been so cold for my friends from Hawaii but they seemed to be heated up with excitement.
