This time, I would like to introduce the nominees for the image character of Soratchi concierge. The character will play the role navigating the visitors to the site. The entry number 8 was created by Ms. Mizuki Nakamura in Ashibetsu Junior High School. She materialized the image of the sky over Sorachi sub-prefectural area and let it wear the fluffy muffler made of cloud and pretty red boots.
The entry number 7 was created by Ms.Miyu Ito in Ryokuryou High School of Iwamizawa City. It snows so heavily in Sorachi sub-prefectural area that she let it wear the clothes that warm up the fairy-like character.The cap has the image of melon, its green jumpsuits is from the image of nature and the buttons are colored with hascap berry. The entry number 6 was created by Ms. Natsuki Kinoshita in Kuriyama Junior High School. The motif is a fox., not a raccoon. Ms. Kinoshita places the accent on the blue body from the image of the sky over Sorachi sub-prefectural area as well as the red sun on the belly. The arm band has the logotype of Sorachi in Japanese and the asterisk-like character on its headband means rice and it is a mask. A bottle of wine and a melon are in the bag.
The entry number 5 was created by Ms. Ryouko Enomoto in Hokkaido Figurative Arts and Design School. The image is from the girl who helped her parents in farming and is 10 years old. Her cap is for avoiding heat stroke under the sun. The caps are made by her mother and shaped of melon, rice crop and potato because she loves the fresh and delicious veggies raised in Sorachi sub-prefectural area. Every weekend, she romp around in Sorachi with her father.
The entry number 5 was created by Ms. Kotono Matsuda in Ryokuryou High School of Iwamizawa City. Her accessories are from the images of the special products in Sorachi sub-prefectural area such as melon, onion, sunflower, apple and pheasant.
The entry number 3 was created by M.s. Nanami Yabe in Ryokuryou High School of Iwamizawa City. The motif is rice ball and rice crop that are produced in Sorachi sub-prefectural area where about 46% of rice crops are produced with supreme quality.
- The entry number 2 was created by Mr. Yuki Setoda in Ryokuryou High School of Iwamizawa City. The motif is rice crop. The simplicity is the priority of this concept.
The last but not the least is the entry number 1 created by Ms. Maya Narita in Ashibetsu Junior High School. The character was created with the image of fluffy cloud or snow. Today is the last day of voting for "Sorachi General Election". Please visit the corner of the event and get the freebies or the card to apply for the special present to the voters!
