Mayor of Engaru Mr. Shuichi Sasaki and Mayor of Bastos Mr. Manuel Rosa worked together to set up the sign of the memorial plant to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Sister-City Affiliation between Engaru Town and Bastos City, Brasil.
They showed their nice collaboration in putting soil around the sign. Mayor Manuel were in his second mandate as the Mayor of Bastos and the election will be called in next year.
can not stand as the candidate, sohe will not be able to visit Engaru Town as the Mayor of Bastos but I hope he will make his second visit to Hokkaido including Engaru Forever pleasure.
