The Chair of the Town Council and the Mayor of Engaru started to put the soil on the roots of the small cherry trees playing for the everlasting, caring and beneficial relationship between Engaru Town and Bastos City, Brasil.
The Sister-City Affiliation was established when the Mayor of Engaru Town visited Bastos City when his brother was installed as the Mayor of Bastos City after he emmigrated to Brasil. The bonds of the blood established the affiliation.
Fortunately, the officers of Engaru Town had found and hired an interpreter of Portuguese-Japanese Mr. Gabriel Seiti who was an international student from Brasil. He is making his special study in my hometown Kitami City.
