The Chair of the City Council of Bastos City, Brazil delivered the words of appreciation and hope for the future exchange between Engaru Town and Bastos City in the ceremony to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Sister-City Affiliation between the municipalities.
Representative Mr. Arata Takebe and Director General for Okhotsk Sub-prefectural Area of Hokkaido Mr. Kazuhiko Nakajima and the President of Hokkaido International Exchange and Cooperation Center Mr. Yasuhiro Tsuji delivered the words of congratulations after the Chair of Bastos City Council.
After the words delivered from both sides of Hokkaido including Engaru Town and Bastos City, Brazil, the presents from both sides were exchanged .
