Mitsuishi Town that was included in Shin Hidaka Town produces the quality tasteful beef. Sauteed beef rice bowl is one of the big draw in the restaurant of the Roadside Station in the town.
Sukiyaki pot is one of the best way to savor amply the quality and the taste of the beef. Marbled and sliced "Mitsuishi Beef " is very nice to see before boiling by myself.
It's very soft and have so nice texture like sweets melting on the tougue. Absolutely it's a kind of art with raising cattle. We were beefed up so much on that day !
