Very nice works of the meat- specialist of the restaurant could be seen in the Hotel "Hatago" , Jouzankei, Sapporo. The beautiful sliced or diced meat made up a beautiful scenery on the table.
The paste of fresh green horse-radish gave a wonderful twist to the top-quality beef grilled on the roaster of the table. The history of eating meat in Japan is not so long but the fruit of the pursuit is here.
We really enjoyed and savored amply the art of beef on that day. The art that makes the guests so happy were really fabulous and struck the chord of our heart.
