Newly-opened "Setsu Niseko" has two restaurants in house. One of them is Ramen Noodle Soup Restaurant "Ahuri" headquartered in Tokyo. The specialty is "Yuzu-Shio" Ramen, with citrus salty soup with magic broth.
Chinese-style pork sandwich is recommendable in this restaurant. Having it with a pint of beer was so nice before swallowing the tasteful delicious ramen noodle soup.
The restaurant has a bar counter on Mt. Yotei side. Yuzu-Shio ramen noodle soup was 15US dollars like in the USA.
