So many Japanese sake were available in the grilled beef restaurant of Hotel " Hatago" in Jouzankei, Sapporo. The starter and sliced beef were served in a tower-like dishes.
Baby-leaf salad, boiled sprout and spinach, pickled spicy Chinese cabbage, smoked cheese and radish stimulated our stomach and brain so much.
