Late Mr. Shinzo Abe listened to the conversation between the Prime Minister of China Mr. Li Ke Qiang and the CEO of TOYATA Automobile Manufacturing Company for a while.
Mr. Abe seemed to be filled up with his ambitions and vigor on that day. Without the support of the governor of Hokkaido, at that time, Ms. Harumi Takahashi, he drove his plan as he liked in Hokkaido.
