The chestnut cake Mont Blanc and fruit parfait was the patishier's signature sweets of cafe Glaciel in Stellar Place, Sapporo. We chose them on that day, They costed approximately four thousand Japanese Yen.
The layers of ice cream, crisp corn flakes topped with raspberry, black currant, almond chips and chocolate seemed to fascinate my wife and let her order.
The layers were made of black currant sauce, white wine jelly, strawberry, raspberry(framboise) , chocolate sponge cake, crumble corn flake, pumpkin custard cream, caramel sauce, orange, chocolate plate shaped like a bat and florentin. It was a Halloween Special of the cafe.
