I love this angle to take photos of sunrise and twilight on my way of regular jogging. The pillars of light give it a nice twist and accent. In the experimental field of Hokkaido University, a herd of sheep was sleeping on the lawn.
On that day, the trainee from Cote d'Ivoire visited us to learn about the system to make the development plan in prefectural government. They must have been tired after the long trip from their home country and the hard schedule in Hokkaido.
After the briefing by the officers of Hokkaido Prefectural Government of Hokkaido who in charge of development planning and education, I took the time of questioning. I fielded a variety of inquiries and explained the total system of pefectural government and the difference from their home country.
