Mr. Kouadio Konan Raoul, Chief of Staff, Cabinet Minister for National Educationand Alphabetization also exchanged the business card with me. It's a pity that I failed to take photos with him.
They are the full members of the delegation in this occasion arranged by JICA. I remembered the time when I invited and had my friend from Nigeria who had spent one month with me and other fellows in the training program.
It had been arranged and financed by the Statioe Department of the United States of America. It has been about twenty years since we met in the US. Some of the delegation members were a little bit similar to my friend in Nigeria.
