It seemed that the contents of the course dinner of "Restaurant Kumo" in Hotel Niseko Skye had not changed but it must be reliable and kind of authentic for both of the chef and clients.
To be honest, I prefer this dinner course to that of Restaurant "Ann 杏" in Hotel "Ki Niseko" though the hotels are run by the same company. The coating of the fried veggies such as slice pumpkin and lotus root impressed us so much.
Basic skill to treat the ingredients of the culinary delight should be required. I was so convinced of the necessity to drill again and again to drill to process the food materials to make the most of their original taste and potential to make the people happy.
