So many blocks of cheese were sleeping and waiting for the time of departure. They will shrink a little bit with dehydration. This is the restaurant run by Takahashi Ranch in Niseko.
The fried potatoes and butter were made in this ranch. The pizza quatro fromage made of the cheese from the factory next to the restaurant was breath-taking. The crisp part and juicy part of the pizza made up the masterpiece of the restaurant.
The texture, taste and aroma struck us as the heartwarming gift of the land and mature. The restaurant seemed to be so popular and delivering happiness and satisfaction. This is the place of happiness.
