The cold air and the sunshine inspired me so much while jogging around in the valley. Some real estates were for sale and some were being developed. New condominiums, hotels, cottages and villas were appearing.
The prices of the real estates in Niseko area and the adjacent region had been skyrocketing but the pandemic of covid-19 slowed down the increase of the prices.
Some construction companies were still continuing their works. The cost of the construction got higher than before because of the distribution of the materials was not smooth, affected by the pandemic and the regulations.
