Dinner in Hakodate- yama!

We came to one of our favorite Izakaya, Japanese Bistro "Hakodateyama" in the port city Hakodate. 
The starter was boiled scallop with flying fish roe. 
  
Living squid slice followed. We ate that, feeling the visual line of the squid on the plate. It was still moving its arms."I am so sorry." said to the squid.
Red horse-dung sea urchin is my wife's favorite. 
Boiled beef tendon and ligament with konjak flavored with fermented soybeans paste was stimulating our appetite so much. Unbelievably, I did not drink beer on that day. Medical check-up was scheduled two weeks later.
