Dinner to Dessert in Hakodate!

Fried ray called "Kasube" was so nice to have with its soft bones inside. The texture of the meat was kind of special. Sharks and rays have such soft bones. My grand mother loved the meat of shark that required special procedure to take off the smell of urea inside.  
Cod meat soaked in the fermented sou-beans paste and grilled is my favorite. I am convinced it is a superior culture to cook the fish and savor. Please try them if you have a chance. 
This is the cafe that sells special parfait in Hakodate City. It is near the railway station of Hakodate City. I've never seen the cafe filled up with people but the taste is promised. We make a point of having the parfait in this cafe when we visit Hakodate City.
