I woke up early in the morning and look around the landscape that could be seen from the window of the room we stayed in "One Niseko Tower" at the foot of Mt. Moiwa in Niseko. It was not so cold when I started jogging around but it was getting colder.
I headed to the foot of Mt. Niseko Annupuri, and Hirafu area. The silhouette of Mt. Yotei could be seen far away. The peak of the mountain was shining. The crown of snow would not disappear till the end of May.
Some potato and veggie fields had already been cultivated and some had not been. The electric line spoiled the scenery but it must be much cheaper to provide the power this way than digging the land.
