Oyster House in Suttsu Town!

Different from the normal seafood course menu, the starter was oyster rice and soup. After the starter was served, two serves of oysters from the the container were put on the huge hot plate by the normal construction shovel. They were grilled and steamed  in this steal cover.
The big oysters sourced in Suttsu Town were cooked well with the soup in the shell. The fishermen opened the shell and served the delicious oysters to us. Lemon juice, soy sauce with kelp broth, tabasco were available for the lunch of ocean milk. 
You can as much oysters as you can for about forty US$ in forty five minutes. We could fill ourselves up with the delicious nutritious oysters.The oyster cottage "Kaki Goya" was beside the national route near the coast facing Sea of Japan.
