Pafait near Hakodate Station!

This is the cafe we make a point of visiting and having parfait in Hakodate City. The cafe selects the kinds of cacao produced in a variety of places on this globe. They seem to be the expert of chocolate and blending. 

This parfait was one of our select on that day. Topped with the mint leaf, it refreshed us before the dinner of seafood sourced locally. My wife seemed to have been satisfied with the taste and texture.

This is our another select on that day. Strawberry sauce accompanied with the parfait. Crisp chocolate-flavored snack was near the bottom of the glass. We were energized a little bit with this parfait. I had decided not to drink alcohol including pints of beer at dinner on that day, preparing for the medical check two weeks later. So I did not care to have some sweets before dinner. Usually, I do not have sweets before dinner.
