La Vista Kushiro River has a lookout on the top floor of the building. Hot spring spa is on the same floor. A variety of ice candy bars are waiting for you after bathing. Nibbling ice candy, you can see this scenery at La Vista.
As time went by, clouds moved away and the sun went down. The landscape was changing gradually. The clouds and the sunshine made so impressive and wonderful works of art in the sky.
Most of the municipalities in Hokkaido have aging and decreasing population and some of the area can not keep the function as a community. I hope the island will grow in population again in the future.
