This is one of the best Japanese BBQ restaurant "Yoshiushi" in Sapporo. After grilling a slice of super quality Furano beef for about a minute, the beef should be eaten with a kind of broth.
The sliced beef like marble colored pink melted down in my mouth like jelly. The fat of the beef melted on the grill and the extra fat was shed. The tasteful part made us so happy.
