On our way back to Sapporo City, we found the start-up ice cream shop in the Port City Otaru behind the old Japanese warehouse in the city. The name of the shop is "the Gift from the North". The strawberry ice cream was so nice.
The owner of the shop seemed to have his or her own policy to make these kinds of ice cream. Milk, fruits, cheese and other kinds of food materials to be used must be selected so carefully.
They must be so nice present to beloved but I am concerned about this ice cream shop because of the very few tourists to Otaru City after the pandemic of covid-19 from Wuhan, China.
