Mt. Asahidake in autumn !

The season of flowers on this hillside was from June to August, I think. The season of beautiful autumnal foliage on this garden of deities was the second half of September. 
At the beginning or middle of October, the earliest snowfall in Japan can be seen. The highland is called "Kamuimintara" which means the garden where the deities are romping around. 
The white steam could be seen around the crater on the hillside. The sulfur gas was erupted from the hole in the crater as usual but nobody was on the trail to the peak of the mountain other than myself on that day.
