Yoshiushi in Sapporo 2 !

We really enjoyed the BBQ of the rare parts of Japanese "Wagyu" beef produced in Furano City, Hokkaido. The price of the course was approximately 150 US Dollars  per person. 
The BBQ course included "Shinshin" and "Tomosankaku" both of that can be taken from the thigh of "Wagyu". Only a few kg of them can be taken from one "Wagyu".  H-bone beef of two kg that can be taken from one "Wagyu" was also included in the course.
