On the last working day of my wife, we enjoyed one of our favorite Taiwanese cuisine in Taiwanese restaurant "Real Taipei" in Sapporo. It was a party course menu. Pickled spicy cucumber, dried jelly fish salad, Judas's ear mushroom and Zha cai were the starter.
We are crazy for these soup dumplings "Xiaolongbao". Plain, scallop, truffle and crab meat soup dumplings were on the stage of our table. Taiwanese flour dumplings with shrimp stuffing followed the Xiaolongbao. They were served with spicy sauce with chopped leek.
