Speaker of the Hokkaido Legislative Assembly receiived the Brazilian Delegation !

The Speaker of Hokkaido Legislative Assembly Mr. Noritoshi MURATA had the friends from Brazil on the opposite side of this globe. He had visited Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2019 as the head of delegation from Hokkaido with other members of the Assembly. 

The Vice President of Japan-Brazil Association of Welfare in Brazil Mr. Oston Ichiro HIRANO headed the Brazilian Delegation composed of the offspring of the immigrants from Hokkaido to Brazil. 

The Vice Governor of Hokkaido Mr. Yusuke NAKANO also had visited Brazil with the Speaker Murata. One of the powerful member of the Assembly and the President of Brazil-Japan Friendship Group in Hokkaido Legislative Assembly Mr. Noritomo WADA also joined the welcome dinner.
