The Speaker of Hokkaido Legislative Assembly Mr. Noritoshi MURATA seemed to be so satisfied with the reunion with the friends from Brazil. He visited Sao Paulo, Brazil and Paraguay in 2019 as the head of the Hokkaido Delegation.
The Brazil-Japan Association of Welfare dispatched the delegation to Japan including Hokkaido. The Association celebrated the 100th Anniversary of the immigration from Hokkaido to Brazil in 2019.
Some delegation members took their family including their kids to Hokkaido. I hope the kids will grow up with sound body and soul and keep the relationship with their grand parents' home island Hokkaido.
