Late Mr. Yoshihiro SATO, the former Educational Superintendent of Hokkaido was living, he received the educational Hawaiian Delegation and hosted the welcome reception for them.
The Hawaiian Delegation was headed by Dr. Christina KISHIMOTO and powerful Principals of Hawaiian high schools joined the delegation. Dr. Mitchel OTANI, the Principal of Kalani High School and Dr. Justin MEW, the Principal of Kaiser High School in Honolulu kindly visited Hokkaido.
Mr. Yoshihiro SATO looked so happy to have the Hawaiian delegation who visited Hokkaido to sign up the Memorandum of Understanding on the cooperation in educational area between the regions.
