My friend in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada sent us a nice drawing made by his mother some years ago. It is the symbol our eternal friendship. He visited us and stayed in one of the rooms in my condo. for about a month. The room is called "Nornand's Nest " since then.
During his next visit to Hokkaido, I will take him to this parfait bar.
It may be the symbol of happiness. I chose chestnuts cream parfait. My wife chose pistachio ice cream with fruit sorbe. Many guests from overseas have stayed in "Normand's Nest" after his stay in my condo. We should visit Ottawa again and he must visit us again.
