Spring has come in Tokyo!

by Kazu

More than one month earlier, we could enjoy cherry blossoms blooming in the Imperial Park, Tokyo than we do in Hokkaido. It was so fine on that day that many citizens and tourists visited there and savor enough the aroma and the beautiful plants well-maintained.
Strolling around the park that had some slopes and hills required us a little bit perspiration but it was so comfortable to be  blown by the winds from the ocean.
These cherry trees were planted  before World War Ⅱ when many soldiers and the citizens of Japan died. We have to appreciate the devotion of our ancestors amply. So many lives were sacrificed in the war. Mainly it was for the money earned by the limited super riches on this globe. Please give us the power to sweep them out on this globe, Ancestors.
