Yoshiushi Yakiniku again 2 !

Have you ever had such Wagyu beef sushi before? It was like fatty tuna "Toro" nigirisushi. Topped with horse radish, the fatty part of Wagyu was not so oily. It was so tasteful than I expected. 
The beef processed with the dried sea kelp gave us a new twist to our meat lives. Different from the more expensive dinner course I had eaten before, H-bone was not included in the course on that day. 
I hope my wif was satisfied with the taste and the textile of each dish in that night but I've never head her request to take her to the restaurant again so far.
