This is one of the menu for the breakfast in the hotel we stayed " Hotel My Stays Nakajima Park in Sapporo" Sushi-grade fresh seafood rice-bowl was my select in the morning.
My wife chose a pancake set for breakfast. Needless to say, my wife picked up some fresh seafood from my rice-bowl. The grade of the break fast was so high, we estimated.
The lunch menu of the restaurant in the hotel was kind of outdoor-taste because the restaurant was run by the outdoor gear manufacturer "Snow Peak". The iron plate and the Dutch Oven were for camping. The lunch menu was a good showcase of their products.
