The Governor of Hokkaido Mr. Naomichi SUZUKI could not reach his seat for a while. Many people swamped the new Governor to greet and exchange the business card. 

Of course, the secretary to the Governor keep the Governor's business card and that from the guests. It was so tough to remember all the people even if the business card were left in his hand.

But, this is the duty of the Governor and he had to show his best smile to all the people. It must be so tough job even if he is the youngest Governor in Japan.
