Fresh raw beef with raw egg in Yoshiushi Yakiniku!

The raw beef was processed in Yamagata Prefecture though the Wagyu was raised in Furano City. Chopped beef should be put in the small bowl and mixed with raw egg and sauce.  
After mixing up them in the bowl, we ate them without grilling nor boiling. I am not sure when Japanese introduce this way but the ingredients should be well-controlled.
