After the Speech by Governor Suzuki !

Every participant to the reception seemed to be so satisfied with the welcome speech by the Governor of Hokkaido Mr. Naomichi SUZUKI.  


The chorus group from New Zealand delivered a song in return as a present to the Governor. Governor Suzuki turned around and started to take photos of the chorus group. 
SO many participants seemed to take photos of the governor and the chorus group. It was in autumn of 2019.
