Sacred Blue Pond !

by Kazu

The pale blue color of the pond is because of the white bottom of the pond made of granite and the clear pure cold water coming from the body of Mt. Shari-dake. The trunks of trees in the pond could not be dissolved by bacteria because of the cold water and the cold temperature. They made it possible to preserve the trees as if they were still living in the water.

It seemed not to be prohibited to dive into the water of the pond but nobody had tried so far. The pale blue made the visitors imagine the coldness of the water and discouraged them to get the water not clear.
The deities of the sacred areas on this islands Japan should not be ruled by the people who got used to the dirty water like their minds. There are eight million deities in Japan and a little bit different deities are ruling this island Hokkaido. We have to protect our lands and ocean from the malice of evil.
