We headed to the lookout of Lake Mashu from Kaminoko Ike that meant "the Pond for the scion of God." But the lake was covered with fog and we could not see anything.
Even so, some visitors took photos of the fog in the direction of the lake. I had seen the beautiful lake of deep blue many times but I had seen such a scenery very few times.
The visitor center was opened even in such condition. A variety of souvenirs produced locally were sold in the center and my aunt bought some spirits for her friends.
