The skyline of Mt. Shari-dake started to appear over the wheat field and woods in the morning on that day. It was a good start for me. Jogging around in the eastern part of Hokkaido including my hometown Kitami City seemed to be energizing me a little bit more than other area of Hokkaido.
The farmers' road was so straight to the east. Summer in Hokkaido is shorter than in the main island of Japan. We have to enjoy amply the season of sunny days.
After heading to the east of the facility for fifteen minutes, I turned to the direction of Mt. Shari-dake to see the end of the wheat field at the foot of the mountain.
