This is the flagship restaurant of Takahashi Ranch in Niseko. The lunch course dishes and the landscape that could be seen from the restaurant were so fabulous that we felt like staying in the restaurant sipping some pops and coffees.
The fresh salad sourced locally was so refreshing and expected to function to detox our bodies. It was so fine on that day and Mt. Yotei wearing white stall on its neck so nicely that the customers in the restaurant seemed to be enjoying their happy time amply.
Spaghetti peperoncino, in other words "spaghetti aglio e olio followed the starter of fresh salad. The restaurant was filled up with the tourists and the citizens of the towns adjacent to Niseko and Kutchan. Every body seemed to so happy and satisfied.
