Savoring spaghetti aglioe olio, we continued to watch the landscape with the protagonist Mt. Yotei and the blue sky. The restaurant run by Takahashi Ranch seemed to be well-designed and organized.
We had the chef's signature dish "Potato Gratin" sourced locally, precisely speaking, from the same premises. The harmony of the top-quality produces was breath-taking and impressing.
A pretty and delicious bread accompanied with the gratin. The crisp surface of the gratin made so nice yummy aroma that we forgot the capacity of our stomach for a second.
